Freeport, Bind Ability Quest.
This Quest will give you the "Set Recall Point" ability which will let you choose a loacation (bindpoint) anywhere within the city zones. This bindpoint will be where your Call of the Overlord or Call of Qeynos will teleport you to. Your appartment or tradeskill instances does not count as city zones, but you can choose a location right outside either.

The quest begins in The Commonlands. First you have to talk to Heilanna. She is just around the hill to the northwest of the Freeport Griffin Station at location -564.63, -46.22, -833.50. Go through the dialogue and you will receive the quest "The Tie That Binds" and an engraved vessel that you must keep on you during this quest. The vessel will be consumed on the final quest update.

First you must find a place where you can immerse the vessel in flowing water. Go to the spot where Pride Lake meets the river, at location 415.72, -49.24, -374.36 where the quest will progress once you enter the water and you are told to examine the vessel.

Now you are told to survey as much as the Commonlands you can for the next clue. This is best done from the air, so run nortwest to the Nektulus Griffin station and take the Griffin to the Freeport Station. While underway, the quest will progress and you are told to examine the vessel again.

Next you need to search somewhere you haven't been able to get to earlier. Go to the outer watchtowers outside the West Freeport gate on the way to the crossroads. On the northern tower at location -933.61, -47.87, -32.70 you can jump up a small wall and get to a clickable ladder that will take you to the top of the tower.

Once on top you need to gather some wood to stir up the fire, and place the vessel in the fire. Right click first the lumber and next the fire to do so. Examine the vessel once more.

Finally you must run to the center of the Crossroads at location -488.14, -44.92, -295.03 where you will get the last update.

Examine the vessel one final time, and it will be consumed, the quest is completed and your reward the "Set Recall Point" ability is presented to you.
