Today it all goes live, the expansion and the combat changes.
Announced downtime is 6 hours (which usualy translates to 10-12 hours knowing SOE), and then probably followed by another 5-6 hour downtime when they find the first greaving bugs and exploits, so don't expect to get too much game time under the hood today.
Mistmoore, and the other US servers are all taken down at 4AM PDT / 13:00 CEST.
Make sure to read up on the changes as nothing will really be the same afterwards.
