On to the news!
Between a few runs to Nektulos Forest and some deep dives into Fallen gate we have been doing city tasks to try to up our guild level a bit. We noticed that the tasks are progressively getting harder which on one hand is cool as it provides a challenge but it also makes leveling as a guild that much slower then the guilds that did tons of tasks at level 10-15 in commonlands and bumped thier guild up to level 10 in a week. So the exp is moving rather slow but it's moving at least

We did manage to gank a few named around the Shattered Lands for fun though... Starting with doing the Zavronn's Tower instance in which you have to beat a few waves of skeletons followed by a spider or two then a big ugly construct looking mofo called Zavronn's Creation. Although the scripting was kinda cool the loot was horrid and suffice it to say we likely won't be going back. Either way we can say we've done it and got the T-Shirt. Oh here is a pic of the spider or two I mentioned earlier:
Following the Zavronn's Lameness Loot adventure we found an interesting Named mob in Nektulos Forest on the Beaver Island named Paddlefoot. Now let me tell you this mob is one big beaver! And being the Jokers we are we wore it out leaving it in a condition for another guild to get sloppy seconds. Dispite trying Stampertje wasn't able to get a beaver hat... Sorry Stumphumper maybe next time.
Loot dropped was a Waterlogged Kite Shield which Gninja was awarded even though it was a little red to him... He is still a baby Guardian but noone knows the difference since he is a gnome.
After playing Pound the Beaver we decided it had been a while since we had been to Fallen Gate so we gave the Instance quest a try to get into Vault of the Fallen... we got a few people all keyed up but some inquisitor who will remain nameless didn't do the quest in order so we had no healer for the instance part of the zone.
Gninja did zone in however followed by Inglorion and Kierra... Gninja figured he could singlehandedly take out the zone but was quickly proven wrong. Kierra later soloed all the content as a homage to her favorite guild leader and to pay her respects to his many shards lost. Inglorion using some magical trinket he created through his jewelry skills ressurected Gninja then sent him back in for more fun and amusement. After many beers and bags of popcorn the Killing Gninja Game finally got old and they took a brief intermission only to return later and continue the gninja slaying with girlish giggles and finger pointing.
All this went on while the Inquisitor who will remain nameless stood by staring at the door he could not enter... See look:
