they want it taken down because its unfinished footage and the ending bit was supposedly stolen and wasn't supposed to be included (the venom part)

One thing to note about the Spider-man movies is that I do believe this will be Toby's last one due to back injuries suffered in Spider-man 2.

Based on the TV premier trailer and the leaked ComicCon trailer, it's hard to tell what happens in what order. All it really does is confirm which villains will be seen in the 3rd movie. And, that the main theme behind Spider-man 3 is vengence, of course.
