Don't know why it would be taken down, it's a slightly different version but the trailer was premiered on TV last week and you can watch it at http://www.ifilm.com/presents/spiderman3

they want it taken down because its unfinished footage and the ending bit was supposedly stolen and wasn't supposed to be included (the venom part)

It's been taken down.

I have it locally and will put it up on my Web site at a later time if anyone is interested in seeing it.

One thing to note about the Spider-man movies is that I do believe this will be Toby's last one due to back injuries suffered in Spider-man 2.

Not if it's gonna spoil the ending for me, thats for sure.

Based on the TV premier trailer and the leaked ComicCon trailer, it's hard to tell what happens in what order. All it really does is confirm which villains will be seen in the 3rd movie. And, that the main theme behind Spider-man 3 is vengence, of course.
